What we do not do
Insayo Teams does not replace managers, HR, legal or psychological expertise. It helps humans prepare conversations and test hypotheses.
Questions and safety
FAQ
How is this different from surveys?
We use consent-based work messages rather than survey answers, so the report reflects practical communication patterns.
Is this DLP or hidden monitoring?
No. It is a one-time team snapshot with data authority and participant consent.
Can it be used for hiring or firing?
No. Insayo Teams does not make hiring, firing, loyalty or job-fit decisions.
How does this comply with data protection law?
Before import the project owner confirms data authority — a separate layer from participant consent. Raw messages are deleted right after processing; consents are journaled with date and text version. A privacy one-pager for legal teams is available on request.
How long are results stored?
The team report lives as long as the project and is deleted with it. Consent and authority journals are retained longer as required by law.
Ready to discuss the first team snapshot?
Describe the team, goal and data format. We will suggest whether a pilot fits and what consent is needed.
